The service here has deteriorated significantly since the last few times we visited. We experienced extremely long waits between dishes — at times nearly 40 minutes — and despite raising the issue and having it acknowledged, nothing improved throughout the meal. What should normally have been about an hour of dining turned into nearly 2.5 hours. Additionally, small touches that used to enhance the experience, such as the complimentary hot tea, also seem to have been discontinued. Overall, the experience no longer reflects the standard this place once had, and unfortunately we will not be returning. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $600–800 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
