I visited the CentralWorld outlet today expecting to buy mochi, as both Google and the website say the store closes at 10pm. I arrived at 9.10pm and saw plenty of mochis in the fridge. When I tried to order, the staff at the counter immediately dismissed me, saying “closed closed closed” without even looking up. For the record, I even greeted her with sawadeekup lol, I wasn’t rude at all. I was honestly frustrated by her rude and unprofessional attitude, especially since I arrived almost an hour before closing. She continued counting money at the cashier instead of assisting a customer properly. I can’t comment on the mochi itself, but this level of service is unacceptable. Thailand has many places with better customer service, and I certainly won’t feel compelled to return here.

Staff on 30th Dec, 2nd shift was rude. I came around 9.05pm and waited for awhile as she was counting money - Seems like closing of store. google and website mentioned 10pm closing and we specifically made our way there. There was a chocolate Daifuku mochi that was in the fridge which we wanted so we were excited to purchase it. However, the staff was so rude and just told us that the shop is closed without even making eye contact. Proceeds to then off the light at the shop without even apologizing for making us wait while she was counting. TDLR: Came for mochi. Mochi was available. Turned away from staff despite within working hours. Owner please look into this staff. Bad customer experience.
