Makan berdua dan pesan tiga menu: ramen, flower sirloin, hwaseol boneless short ribs, plus 2 nasi. Total semua 101.000 KRW. Sidedish-nya cukup lengkap, bahkan ada gajang gejang (raw crab), yang jarang ada di restoran Korea lain Flower Sirloin:. Juicy, tapi kurang lembut saat dimakan. Rasanya sedikit manis dengan hint asam yang samar. Rating: 7.0/10 Hwaseol Boneless Short Ribs:. Lebih juicy dan lebih tipis dibanding flower sirloin, tapi menurutku rasanya lebih enak. Ada sedikit rasa manis, lebih lembut, dan overall lebih satisfying—padahal harganya lebih murah, tapi justru lebih enak wkwk. Rating: 7.8/10 Ramen:. Rasanya “so-so”. It was a good wagyu Japanese course restaurant to serve to an acquaintance whom I always appreciated. It made me feel good to see my friend eating it and praising it for being delicious. The Tokyo Sirloin Seolleung branch had a rich and unique course meal, so I was able to savor the food while eating it. It was in a room. It was nice to talk, and I was very satisfied with the simple and clean Wagyu course meal. I thought I would go again next time with my parents. The staff were also friendly.
