An excellent coffee roastery café where you can enjoy authentic Australian-style flat white. The flat white, made with espresso extracted from Gorilla dark-roasted blended beans and high-quality milk, was exceptionally well-crafted. Unlike coffees I’ve had at other cafés, it was smooth, nutty, and filled with the aroma of freshly roasted beans. The Strong dark-roasted “The King” Hakuna Matata coffee beans, compared to the regular Gorilla blend, deliver a heavier body with more intense nuttiness and a richer caramel fragrance. There aren’t many tables available, so takeaway is a good option. If you’d like to enjoy the peaceful café atmosphere, it’s best to arrive right at opening time. Otherwise, come prepared for a simple and quick visit. Single origins and blending roasted beans are also available for sales - 250g, 500g and 1kg. For reference, the master barista, CEO Geonpyo Kim, is well-known in the industry not only for roasting but also for professional coffee cupping and evaluation. He has consistently trained many baristas over the years and is often regarded as a hidden “Paul Bassett” of Korea. Price per person: ₩1–10,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

A Roastery cafe boasting a bunch of their coffee beans selling them at about 16000won per 200g. But what I like about this cafe is that there are a whole *two* options for espresso (and thus, espresso based drinks). When I visited, they had on offer an Ethiopian natural process. A breath of fresh air compared to the dark roasts typically given to you (with no other options) at many other cafes. They also seem to have pour over options as well, with V60s set up at their bar.
