Tucked along the riverside at Clarke Quay, found this cosy izakaya spot that’s perfect for a slower, more intimate night out. Fresh Oysters lkura S$32 - Salmon Roe, Ponzu Sauce Duck Fat Chips S$15 - Hand Cut Potato, Truffle Shio Kombu Ikura Uni Chawanmushi S$14 - Salmon Roe and Sea Urchin Steamed Egg Kanpachi Goma S$26 - Amberjack, Tempura Prawn, Kanikama Salad, Avocado, Goma Tare Tomo Bara Chirashi - interesting that a chirashi is served this manner instead or a usual bowl. Had dinner at Tomo Tokyo and it was a very enjoyable night out. We ordered many different dishes to share, together with their happy hour drinks, and it was a great spot for both food and drinks by the river. The small plates and Japanese fusion dishes were flavourful and went well with the wine and beer, making it easy to just sit back, relax and enjoy the evening. Service was friendly and the atmosphere was lively yet comfortable, with a nice waterfront vibe. Overall, a good place to come with friends for a variety of sharing plates and happy hour promos in Clarke Quay. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–40 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
