There were far too many flies around the dining area, which made the experience quite unpleasant. To make matters worse, the grilled meat was tough, difficult to chew, and was served lukewarm rather than hot. Overall, it was a rather strange and disappointing experience. Meal type: Lunch

Everything was delicious and the seafood was incredibly fresh. The staff were very polite and welcoming. Even though the food took a bit longer than expected today, the team did their best to speed things up and apologized personally. I'm really impressed with how they handled the situation!
