川崎の屯ちんで食べて以来久しぶりに頂きましたが、一番好きな魚屯があり、味も記憶と全く同じでした。リピ確定！ ちなみに、魚豚は味が濃いのでご飯にダイブ必至です。. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Meal type: Dinner

I am a Wine and Food professional and a Ramen (Noodle Lover) I normally eat across the street at a High End Ramen place but they were closed for remodeling, I came here not really reading any signs,just saw they had Ramen, picture looked good so i tried their classic Ramen and Gyoza, wow! I tasted the broth and was pleasantly surprised very well balanced with tons of unami, Noodles were al dente with a nice bite, pork was tender very satisfying, the gyoza hit the spot very thin skin, Then as I was leaving I noticed they had a Bib Gourmand Michelin star, very well deserved, I highly recommend Tonchin Emsphere also the price was reasonable, esp, for the quality, I have since come back many times and never disappointed. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3 Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ฿300–400
