まとめ: 口コミで評価が高かったので訪れた一方、ラーメンの味は美味しくなかったのが残念 良い点 ・調味料が豊富 ・日本に比べるとコストは安くないが、バンコクだと普通 ・店員さんは気配りが出来てそう 悪い点 ・ラーメンが美味しくない、お酢を大量に入れてようやくある程度の味になる。もっと修行した方が良い。 ・お店にはどうしようもないが蚊がいた. Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ฿200–400

I am a Wine and Food professional and a Ramen (Noodle Lover) I normally eat across the street at a High End Ramen place but they were closed for remodeling, I came here not really reading any signs,just saw they had Ramen, picture looked good so i tried their classic Ramen and Gyoza, wow! I tasted the broth and was pleasantly surprised very well balanced with tons of unami, Noodles were al dente with a nice bite, pork was tender very satisfying, the gyoza hit the spot very thin skin, Then as I was leaving I noticed they had a Bib Gourmand Michelin star, very well deserved, I highly recommend Tonchin Emsphere also the price was reasonable, esp, for the quality, I have since come back many times and never disappointed.
