I haven’t eaten for a long time! Fushengting on Meicun Road is probably an old restaurant. It is mysteriously opened on the second floor. The last time I ate there was probably more than ten years ago! Other Japanese tonkatsu chains such as Shoboden are more expensive in my opinion but their rice is delicious! Japanese fried pork cutlet rice often costs more than $280, which is more than double the price of traditional braised pork ribs rice. However, traditional braised pork ribs rice such as Bawang pork trotters, Ah Chang rice dumplings, and braised pork ribs with black meat noodles are also very delicious, so I rarely eat Japanese fried pork cutlet. Last month I went to Fukuoka, Japan and ate at a Japanese-style fried pork cutlet rice restaurant, which rekindled my tonkatsu soul! After returning to Taiwan, I ate the Lucky Pork Chop Rice from Fu Sheng Ting in Meicun Store twice a week. The spirit of the pork cutlet rice lies in the pork chop, rice, shredded cabbage, sauce, and miso soup. The miso soup from Fu Sheng Ting Being hot enough is a plus, and the pork chops and white rice are pretty good too, with a certain degree of competitiveness. I think... the customers who come here will probably come back for a second time!
