Hire-Katsu set / 120 grams Lean Pork Meat. Price = SGD23.80+ Super good! 非常的好吃! **************************. Tonkatsu by Ma Maison @ Mandarin Gallery. 5 out of 5 stars. It's my first time eating at this Tonkatsu specialist. Wow. The Hire Katsu ( breaded pork fillet cutlet) is really scrumptious. It's crispy on the outside with quality Japanese Panko Crumbs, and very tender and juicy inside. I feel that this is the best tonkatsu in Singapore. This Tonkatsu by Ma Maison is a cut above the rest. Service is great too! All the staff are friendly, efficient and hardworking. Note = This "Tonkatsu by Ma Maison" is different from the usual Ma Maison outlets. This one is a tonkatsu specialist, hence, the quality is outstanding.
