数年前に行ったのですが、トンカツ（ロースかつ定食）は家でお母さんが作ってくれるような素朴なトンカツでした。値段の安く私が知っている限り、1990年から営業しています。. Tonsei popped up in my search for tonkatsu near me. Seeing the 4.3 star rating, I decided to try it. After a bit of walking and searching, I found it on a side street. With its name, I opted for the special hirekatsu set. It took a while but they say good food takes time. Upon arrival, I sensed that it's not quite authentic. The panko bread crumb was missing. It looked like simple regular bread crumb. This affected that bite into what is supposed to be crunchy. Instead, it was a relatively sifter sensation. The meat itself is tender but I can't help but suspect it's made with layers of sliced pork instead a single piece of pork loin fillet. The rice was rather soft and almost feel overcooked. The main supporting character tonkatsu sauce seems diluted as indicated by the flow and taste. The big pro would be the price. At 200B for the set, and 230 for my upgraded set, you will get full. There's no offer of refills for rice, salad or miso soup as done is most authentic tonkatsu restaurants.
