Deeply disappointed with this hotel. The air conditioning in our room was not working properly — completely unacceptable in Thailand's heat. On top of that, the bathroom drain was backed up and produced a terrible smell the entire stay. The restaurant is listed as open until 23:00, but at 22:20 we were already refused service — couldn't even order drinks. When a place advertises closing at 11 PM, guests should be able to order at least until 10:45. We have been living in Thailand for 2 years and have never experienced this level of disregard for guests. This was a first, and unfortunately not in a good way. We will not be coming back and cannot recommend this hotel. Service: 1

This is great property. I will stay here whenever i come back to Bangkok. Rooms are very nice, clean and spacious. Staffs are courteous and kind. Food is also good. Close to the river, with view from the rooftop restaurant. It has become one of my favourite places to stay. Service: 5

Hotel Once Bangkok, is a "Real Gem", on arrival we were greeted by a lovely young lady who checked us in promptly and gave us a warm welcome.Our luggage was taken to our beautiful room, which exceeded our expectations.The air conditioning was pretty silent and extremely effective. There was a superking bed which was so so comfortable. Lots of complimentary water and coffees were automatically supplied each day when they serviced the rooms. The breakfast, was served on the top floor, the setting being spotlessly clean, and inviting with a tranquil ambience. The service was excellent, always friendly and on hand without being intrusive, nothing was too much trouble. The drinks were made by the best barista, and were such a delight ! A beautiful continental breakfast was supplied, which included: cooled juices, fresh fruits, various cereals, dried fruits, yogurts, salads, breads and pastries etc.It also included an a la carte menu with cooked to order dishes: all types of eggs, american breakfast, various rice dishes with chicken, pork.shrimp etc. All of these dishes were served with garnishes and were delightful. This epitomises a luxury boutique hotel ! Service: 5
