The restaurant is advertised as open until 23:00, but don't let that fool you. At 22:20 — 40 minutes before closing — we were already turned away and couldn't even order drinks. No explanation, no apology, just refused. If you close at 10:20, then write 10:20. Don't advertise 23:00 and send guests away almost an hour early. It's misleading and disrespectful to customers. After 2 years in Thailand, this is the first time I've encountered something like this. Will not be returning. Meal type: Other Price per person: ฿2,000+ Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

Hotel Once Bangkok, is a "Real Gem", on arrival we were greeted by a lovely young lady who checked us in promptly and gave us a warm welcome.Our luggage was taken to our beautiful room, which exceeded our expectations.The air conditioning was pretty silent and extremely effective. There was a superking bed which was so so comfortable. Lots of complimentary water and coffees were automatically supplied each day when they serviced the rooms. The breakfast, was served on the top floor, the setting being spotlessly clean, and inviting with a tranquil ambience. The service was excellent, always friendly and on hand without being intrusive, nothing was too much trouble. The drinks were made by the best barista, and were such a delight ! A beautiful continental breakfast was supplied, which included: cooled juices, fresh fruits, various cereals, dried fruits, yogurts, salads, breads and pastries etc.It also included an a la carte menu with cooked to order dishes: all types of eggs, american breakfast, various rice dishes with chicken, pork.shrimp etc. All of these dishes were served with garnishes and were delightful. This epitomises a luxury boutique hotel ! Service: 5
