The service is terrible. I ordered a pizza, 15 minutes later, "Ah, sorry sir, we have no pizza". That was helpful (sarcasm). No apology, just "sure" when I say to the waiter that they could have told me that before I ordered. The food takes wayy to long, I see a couple come in 10 minutes after we order and yet they still get the order first because they are Thai and my family aren't. On another note, the food is not worth it at all, and I could've got a Grab for exactly the same price, have it to me quicker and still get much better food than the restaurants food. The only good thing about this restaurant was the looks and I don't even care about the looks, I want the food! Price per person: ฿200–400 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

The building looks beautiful and modern from the outside, and the atmosphere inside is very comfortable. The food was excellent — big portions, great quality, and full of flavor. However, the service was disappointing. The staff seemed confused and unprepared. We had a HungryHub birthday reservation that included a cake, but they didn’t seem to know what HungryHub was. We waited almost an hour for our food, which was frustrating. We still give 4 stars only because the food was truly exceptional; otherwise, it would have been 2. Price per person: ฿2,000+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This place is incredibly hidden gem for Italian cuisine. Risotto and pasta truffles was fantastic. Pizza is good too. Parma ham is mvp. Highly recommend! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
