The skewers were decent—some really flavorful, others a bit overcooked. Service felt lacking, especially for the price we paid. Nothing special overall; there are probably better options out there. Price per person: HK$500+ Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

Torieki, a spacious yakitori specialist with a bar, offers a $298 "Delight Omakase" lunch, which is probably one of the cheapest deals in Central. The restaurant provides various rare chicken cuts. All items were served efficiently within 30 mins. Appetizer Emperor Chicken Soup Chicken Roll w/ Morels 2 Tori Skewers (Rare Part) 2 Tori Skewers (Selected Part) 2 Beef/Pork/Seafood Skewers 1 Veggies Skewer Grilled Onigiri Appetizer was a Tsukemono platter consisting of garlic pickled in miso and bonito flakes, burdock root and konago tsukudani. Followed by a warming and nourishing chicken soup. Yakitori of the day included chicken wings, thigh, gristle and oysters. Chicken oysters were my personal favorite with a dried thin layer of crispy skin and juicy meat. Eel was served in room temperature loaded with sweet kabayaki sauce. Pork loin was firm and moist. Standard izakaya onigiri with a crunchy surface after grilling. Snow Crab Meat & Mentaiko Cream Udon A piping hot dish with chewy udon in a romantic salmon pink cream sauce mixed with poppy tobiko. Served with mushroom chawanmushi, miso soup and salad with smoked chicken. Price per person: HK$200–250 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
