Sorry you had a bad experience, Zaynab. I've been there four or five times now and had an excellent experience both enjoying the food and the ambience. Admittedly, it's a very small place and it fills up fast, so it's often difficult to get a meal if you come on a busy night. My recommendation is try to go earlier in the evening before the crowd arrives!

I went there just now and the owner was really rude. When we entered he just asked if we had a reservation and when we said no, he said, "well we're full."
He didn't offer us the option to wait or advice on another possible time, nor did he say it in an accommodating manner. It was my first time and I won't go again.
