Best coffee experience so far in Western Japan visit. Tokyo has got some stars (eg Mameya, Glitch, etc.) but to find a gem in Tottori really leaves a mark on this visit. Off downtown, and a ten minute cab away, Tottori Coffee Roasters served up a medium bodied, balanced, caramel flavoured, non-bitter, city roasted Columbia and an incredibly playful jackfruit infused Ethiopian. While the staff spoke limited English, we were able to order our coffee and cake, and they were even kind enough to share their brewing recipe. A must visit when in Tottori, for filter coffee lovers.
