Chef At has created a range of delicious Thai dishes to suit many tastes. On a recent visit to Celes we ate at Trade Winds every night. You are presented with a small appetiser to start your meal. Especially delicious was the Sesame Puff with Chicken Yellow Curry and Chicken Roll with Tartare. Standout meals were the very tasty Miang Smunphir and Spicy Beef Salad. The Steak on BBQ night was juicy and cooked to perfection, medium rare was actually medium rare! Deep Fried Sea Bass is a huge meal with a mild garlic and pepper sauce. Tuna and Quinoa was fresh and light. Spoil yourself with the Coconut Panna Cotta, smooth and creamy. The batter on the banana fritters is so light and crunchy and the mango sticky rice is a tropical bite. So, go on, have a dessert! Enjoy!! This is my 3rd hotel in Thailand and we found the food very bland. Of course there are the regular eggs hash bacon pancakes some fruits basic juices. They offer some thai as well what tasted very average. Im comparing this to the other hotels 1 in Bangkok 1 in Phuket and those were superior to this. The Latte is also very poor i stopped drinking it. 3 star Max!! Nice view of the ocean though unfortunately is not for swimming , murky water. Price per person: ฿400–600 Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Outstanding breakfast experience! The variety of food is extensive. You can find both Western and Thai dishes as well. The staff is very helpful, and they were especially warm and engaging with our baby. Meal type: Breakfast Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
