Careless waitress tried serving dessert while we were still working on our main dishes last night. The restaurant weren't full so any one would notice that we had about 5 plates of dishes on the table. I told the waitress that we are still working on the main dishes. The waitress responded, "Oh you didn't ask for it?" I said, "Why would I if I'm still having lots of food on the table?" The waitress turned away without saying anything further. It was my friends birthday last night. When I book the table I asked whether I should bring my own candle for the dessert. The hostess said no worries they have candles. I said great! At the time we were about to have the dessert I asked the waitress that I requested a candle on the dessert. She said we don't have any candles at all (with a strange facial expression on her face). I didn't bother speaking further. Even the coworker weren't mutually communicating well then why should I bother? Overall the food was okay. But I got a feeling that the servers are trying to get things done rather than being professional. Can't blame them cuz the boss might not even care. Won't come back. Not worth my money.

1. Need to change your menu. Not everyone undersrand italian. Use universal language with explanation. I dont care how proud you are. If i can't read or understand your menu....you are wasting your staff's time
2. Hire more people. Part time or full.
15 mins wait for a dirty bar area is unacceptable.
3. Sadly enough, food delivered is cold. And wine took 10 mins just for a glass...
