I don’t know what authenticity is but I think if someone pursuing the true taste of Sicily in Taiwan ,this is the place for them. It is not to fulfill the stereotype in Gramsci’s critique or engraved social issues but an triangle isle with a volcano crater surrounded by pistachio, remains of dwarf elephants and solar panels paved coast in south. I’ve never been to Syracuse,the pivot of Rome-Carthage wars ,but I once dine in Trattoria al Sole. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1,200–1,400
