If you are driving south toward Bangkok and need a break, Treats by 239 at the Bangchak station in Nong Krot, Nakhon Sawan (formerly the Esso station), is a must-visit. This newly opened cafe is a breath of fresh air for travelers. The Atmosphere The first thing you’ll notice is the stunning modern design. The cafe is incredibly spacious, bright, and impeccably clean. The minimalist white decor, paired with warm wood accents and floor-to-ceiling windows, creates a relaxing, airy vibe. During my visit, they even had charming holiday decorations, including a festive Christmas tree that made the space feel even more welcoming. It’s the perfect spot to stretch your legs and snap a few photos. Food & Drinks The menu is quite extensive for a gas station cafe: • Coffee: They offer two types of beans—a House Blend (Medium Roast) and "Dark Treats" (Dark Roast). I tried the iced black coffee; while the presentation was great, the taste was decent/standard—good enough for a caffeine fix, but perhaps not "specialty" level. • Bakery & Snacks: Their display case is impressive! They have a wide variety of fresh pastries, including croissants, cakes, and even fresh fruits and juices. • Service: The staff is friendly, and the service is quick, which is exactly what you need when you're on a road trip. Verdict While the coffee is "okay," the overall experience and ambiance are top-notch. It is much more comfortable and aesthetically pleasing than your typical roadside coffee stop. Highly recommended if you want a clean, quiet, and beautiful place to recharge before hitting the road again. Price per person: ฿1–200 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
