FRERE is a French fine dining restaurant that serves a pre-fixe course meal for a maximum of 8-12 people per day. The atmosphere is flawless, with all tables facing the chef's table so that each dish's preparation phase can be observed. Head Chef Jung Tae-jun was the former sous chef at Aupres, a Michelin 1-star French restaurant, and incorporates various local ingredients to fulfill his ambitions of delivering a 'Korean-French' course.
