The Trio is a excellent culinary experience with an authentic Chinese feel. The dishes were a mix of flavours and spices from Sichuan and shanghai, which taste marvellous together. I especially liked the soup dumpling (Xiao Long Bao), as their soup tasted fresher than the other restaurants. The only problem was that the skin was too thin, leading to the soup leaking out. Other than that, nothing much was wrong. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: HK$250–300 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian options: There are some vegetarian options, but definitely more than the average Chinese restaurant.
