This place is more of a hotpot resturant, Tripple Crown seems like weird ghost kitchen. Ordered a pizza that tasted like it was from the frozen section of the supermarket. An elderly lady was also walking around zapping insects with a tennis bat, service was down the drain where answering the phone mid-order was more important than taking our request and the whole vibe just felt really weird and not friendly. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ฿200–400 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

Usually, I ordered delivery from this place. But I decided to go to restaurants this time. The most important thing that I must tell is restaurant doesn’t open till NOON doesn't like they announced opening at 11.00 on the door nor on google. Sauce is delicious as always but don’t cook thoroughly. The problem is the service. Waitress doesn’t seem to want us to be there. But waiter have a nice service mind. The floor, the table is not clean. Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

I ordered spaghetti with pesto, but they brought me spaghetti "carbonara". When I told them it wasn't what I ordered, they tried to convince me it was spaghetti with pesto. I accepted it anyway because I was hungry and it was almost 10 pm. The menu didn't mention that it was spicy (they put it chilli; I don't know what kind of carbonara has that). It wasn't even carbonara. It was just pasta with a little bit of cheese and some bacon on top. really disappointed. If they didn't want to make pesto or didn't have any, they could have easily told me and I could have changed my order. Really bad experience Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ฿200–300 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I am truly very sorry for the situation you encountered.I will take stricter measures in training my staff.Its seem there are may have been a misunderstanding on our part. If you kindly give us another chance , we would like to offer you a complimentary meal on your next visit as a gesture of sincere apology.
