TripletSでは、ゲストが完全に ワッフルを味わえます。ここでは、テイクアウトも可能です。ここのスタッフはかわいいなようです。そのサービス は満足のいく。多くの 来客 が 明言している ように雰囲気は心地よいです。 でも googleユーザーはお店を評価しましたが、高い評価を得ることはありませんでした。

Closing time 8pm. Walked in at 7.46pm and the macik said waffle no more. I asked what time is the last order, sis just threw out a time and said 7.45pm. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

I didn't think the waffle was great but my kid loved the oreo cream cheese. We were there 2 days in a row and the service was adequate. Meal type: Other Price per person: SGD 1–10 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Both staff at this outlet have been operating business like 'no head, no tail'. Even up till last wk, I suggested to the staff to have names of the buns/ breads displayed so that during peak hour, they spare themselves the stress of cashiering & having to answer the same ques (what is this bun?) repeatedly to different customers. They mentioned they were not informed by their boss/ hq. This week the food display signs are finally up. However, both staff remain clueless on replying customers enquiries on what is & how to join the 'triplets rewards'..... which btw, is prominently shown on the screen when one makes payment. If you are showing this information to customers, either train your staff to reply basic enquiries or, place a simple information sheet at your counter. Food: 3 Service: 1
