This is the best local meal I have had in months. The grilled octopus comes perfectly cooked with squid ink drawn and x on the plate plus diced tomato, lemon, olive oil and a light balsamic. Creamy cheese gnocchi is so smooth in its cheese sauce you keep going back for more. Trio pork pizza is woodfired to perfection loaded with sauce, minced pork, sausage and pepperoni. Go try these three dishes this week. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

FIVE-A-DAY １ヶ月前 Google に

Was randomly looking around Google Maps for ideas on where to go for dinner when my hubby chanced upon this place, which had some pretty good reviews, so decided to make our way down. There were pizzas, pastas and other ‘western’ mains. We ordered a (white - non tomato based)Garlic Butter Prawn pizza and a risotto to share. The risotto came with 2 huge prawns which is pretty fresh. Risotto is also well cooked with the rice nicely coated with the velvety sauce. Equally delicious is the pizza. As unassuming as it seems, without the vibrant colours of a tomato based sauce or the umami of lots of melted cheese, this pizza is in fact one of the bests I have had. Shrimp meat that is fresh and firm was scattered generously over the pizza. The pizza dough is light and crumb is not too dense. The top has a light crisp yet not hard and crispy throughout. Didn’t imagine that something that looked so simple can actually taste that great. The serving staff are simply great - warm, attentive and prompt. Really enjoyed the dinner and would love to be back to try the other items on the menu. The only down side is that parking is pretty limited as the place is surrounded by private landed estate.
