Had a wonderful dining experience at Trovato! The food was beautifully prepared, flavorful, and definitely worth trying. The ambiance was cozy, making it perfect for both family gatherings and special occasions. Service was also excellent despite limited number of staff. The staff and manager were warm, attentive, and accommodating throughout our visit. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for good food and a great overall experience in Singapore. Ordered Ragu spaghetti, Aglio Olio fettuccine and pepperoni pizza. Finished with a tiramisu. Food is a solid 3 star. Not too bad, but quite middle of the road. Plating was nice. SOD cafe has a better Aglio Olio. Service is good and attentive, even for a busy Friday night. Overall a pleasant Italian themed cafe/restaurant. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: SGD 30–40 Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes: Tiramisu Cake Slice Vegetarian options: Quite a wide range for vegetarians.

Trovato in Seletar Hills is a cosy neighbourhood Italian that gets family dining right, with consistently enjoyable food across the board. We visited as a family of five, ordering a spread of pastas, pizza and desserts. The Linguine Seafood Aglio Olio was my wife's favourite of the evening, generously loaded with mussels and prawns in a well-seasoned garlic and olive oil base. The Tagliatelle Carbonara came with a rich, thick sauce topped with an egg yolk and plenty of cracked pepper. The Prosciutto Rucola Pizza from the brick-fired oven had a beautifully charred crust with quality prosciutto, fresh rocket and parmesan shavings; you can see the oven roaring away as you walk in. All three kids meals, including hearty portions of Bolognese Spaghetti, were polished off without complaint. The Tiramisu was layered generously with strong coffee flavour, and the Berries Panna Cotta was a light, clean finish. At S$168 all-in for five, the value holds up well. A reliable family-friendly spot in the Seletar Hills landed estate. And when our youngest finished her meal and asked, "Can we come here again?", I think that says it all.
