Everything was as impressive as always, just like my previous visits. However, I had a very poor experience today with the cashier who worked around 3 PM. Her tone of voice, facial expression, and attitude were highly unprofessional. I'm not sure if there was a personal issue or if it was because the store was nearing closing time, but treating a customer this way is unacceptable. It was completely different from the excellent service I usually receive here. I would like to file a formal complaint specifically regarding this employee's behavior.
