少し並んでクロワッサンを購入！ 塩が効いていて思ったより食べやすい。 香港のベーカリーショップはかなら流行ってる店舗が多いですね。. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5 Service: Takeaway Meal type: Other Price per person: $50–100

My go-to bakery ever since they hail from Japan. Love the very brightly lit store and the attentive staff service. The queue is a lot more manageable now compared to before which is a plus. My fav has to be the mentaiko baguette, crispy to perfection, filled with flavors and very generous on the mentaiko paste. The hk exclusive truffle chocolate salted bread also hits the right balance of savory and sweetness. Also personally think the spinach & cheese bun is a hidden gem, worth trying :).
