I don't know about the quality of the food cause I didn't get to eat it. I placed an order through Grab for self pick up. On the app, the order was received and I was informed by the app to head down to collect as the food will be ready soon. When I reached the restaurant, the staff told me they did not receive my order, even though I showed them the order on my phone. Apparently their device is faulty, but this rating is for the lack of help rendered by the staff. He basically just told me they did not receive the order, they cannot cook the items cause the menu on grab is outdated, and if I want to cancel to get refund, then I have to do it myself. And then he left me to deal with it on my own with no apology.
