When choosing a meal, it's important to consider your personal needs—food quality, environment, service, price and more. I personally love seeking out small shops in traditional old areas of Hong Kong, like Hung Hum. One spot I recommend is "Tsong Long Ting"滄浪亭, a small Shanghainese eatery. Don’t expect plush seats or big, comfortable chairs—but the setting is acceptable. The food, however, is satisfying. Reasonable price. I don’t usually order braised chicken noodle at other Shanghainese places, but here, I noticed nearly every table had it—so I gave it a try. I finished the whole bowl. The chicken wings with wine are a bit salty. The chef working in the open kitchen is likely the owner—a humble person, caring all his clients. If you want to enjoy good food and support small, heart-driven businesses, this place is worth a visit. I can feel the owner runs it with care. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
