You have to walk through the car park to get to the lift lobby, which is not very safe. Half of the lifts were broken/out of service, while the other two lifts were operating between odd and even numbered floors respectively. This is the place where I experienced waiting over ten minutes for the lift for the first time.

You can actually enter the building from either Chai Wan Kok Street or Hoi Shing Road. The name signs are not that obvious so first-time visitor may be better by sparing few more minutes to check in.
