I ordered the Tsuta Signature Shoyu and love the texture of their soba noodles. Soup was kinda just oooook, gyoza was decent. Don’t expect Michelin level taste or experience.6.7/10

Awarded with a Michelin star in Japan but they somewhat failed to replicate that here. Truffle overpowers the entire bowl. Tasty, but you might come out disappointed as well. Skip if the queue is long
