First of all, the inside of the restaurant was clean and neat. The atmosphere wasn’t strongly Vietnamese, nor was it typically Korean-it struck a nice balance between the two, which felt very comfortable. Second, the portion size was generous. The noodles were served in a boiling pot, which helped keep the temperature just right throughout the meal. As for the taste, the food was absolutely delicious. Again, it didn’t lean too heavily toward either Vietnamese or Korean flavors, but rather blended them in a very satisfying way. Overall, it was a very pleasant and enjoyable meal.
