It's been a long time since I felt bad at a restaurant. I visited a year ago, and I didn't have good memories of the taste even then, so I didn't go. I happened to visit again with an acquaintance after a long time, and it became clearer why I had been avoiding it. As you can see in the picture, the oil was used for too long, so it was black in color, and when I ate it without sauce, it had a very strong oil smell. The meat was chopped so thinly between frying that it broke apart like a cookie with just a knife instead of using a fork, and I felt very bad because it felt like I was eating scraps of leftover oil. I was really shocked...I don't write bad reviews, but I'm writing this to let people know that this is a "restaurant." Considering that advertising blog reviews are filtered, the review I wrote will be taken down at some point, but I hope the owner cooks the food with conscience as a chef.
