Went at around 4pm and they only had 1 old lady (late 50s-60s) working. She was busy making bread so no one could take my order. Saw the other review that said they were understaffed even during peak hours which is quite bad. Price per person: $1–10 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

Have been a regular customer to buy kopi. Uncle was very nice but I realized the place is severly understaffed especially in the afternoon to evening. There is only 1 uncle working and then in front of me the customer all order like 8 packet of kopi/teh. So imagine I have to wait like 20 minutes to order 1 kopi because there is only 1 person making coffee, making waffle and collecting money. So poor thing and severly understaffed. Definetly something wrong with the management here seems they don't seem interested in hiring people to serve the customer. You lost me as a regular customer because end up I had to pay more for parking and wasting us customer time and money. Don't bother coming back anymore. PERIOD.
