甲府駅に隣接する商業施設『セレオ甲府』の4階にあるタリーズです。商業施設内の一角にあるカフェであるものの、（見たところ）客席数は40〜50席程で、比較的ゆったりとくつろげるように配置されていると思います（ほとんどの席構成は1〜2人向けとなっています）。カウンター席には電源コンセントも設置されており、PCを広げて作業したり勉強したりする客の姿も見かけます。休日の利用ではありますが、近隣には他にもカフェが複数軒あるからか利用客がうまく分散利用しているように感じ、とりわけ混雑している、という印象ではありませんでした（その分、居心地のよさゆえに客の回転はやや悪いようにも感じます）。 提供されるドリンクや軽食の種類及び質、スタッフの接客対応の質は、他のタリーズと遜色ないように思います。 This Tully's Coffee is located on the 4th floor of the CELEO KOFU shopping complex, directly connected to Kofu Station. Although it's just a cafe inside a commercial facility, it has around 40-50 seats, arranged in a way that feels fairly spacious and comfortable. Most of the seating is designed for one or two people. Counter seats are equipped with power outlets, and you will often see customers using laptops to work or study. I visited on a weekend, but since there are several other cafés nearby, the flow of customers seemed to be well distributed. As a result, it didn't feel especially crowded. However, because the atmosphere is so comfortable, turnover of seats can feel a bit slow. The variety and quality of drinks and light meals, as well as the standard of staff service, are on par with other Tully’s locations.
