Too busy & the staff were unable the crowd. Waiting time for food was far too long. Buffet starts from 12noon but to get the first plate filled maybe 30-40mins. Iconic Lamb Pot was refilled slowly. Lining up for food is out dated & occasionallythe line stopped due to nothing to take. No QR code to order unlimitedly. Prices vary. Where to book, which day & how many people do matter. The staff who serve Tofu Pudding neither speak Cantonese nor any other Chinese dialects. Is the steamed fish tourists friendly? 大眼雞不能吃皮和魚鱗一起蒸! Any better fish? The only safe & good snake is a cooked snake. Unusual to have snake soup inside an International Hotel. Highly appreciated! CP ratio is quite low, after counting adult fare on public transport, CP ratio is even lower. $168/person can have a reasonable good hotpot.
