If you’re looking for authentic Turkish street food in Singapore, Turkuaz Turkish Kebab Lavender is a place you shouldn’t miss. Conveniently located beside V Hotel Lavender and just steps away from Lavender MRT, this humble takeaway spot has earned a strong reputation for serving flavorful kebabs, generous portions, and authentic Turkish flavors. It’s easy to see why it remains a favorite among both locals and tourists. (WhereCrowded⁠) During my visit, I tried the Chicken Kebab Rice and the Chicken Kebab Roll, and both were absolutely satisfying. The chicken was juicy, tender, and perfectly seasoned with aromatic Turkish spices. The rice complemented the meat beautifully, making it a wholesome and filling meal, while the kebab roll was packed with fresh vegetables, delicious sauces, and soft bread that held everything together perfectly. Every bite was fresh, flavorful, and well-balanced. The highlight of my visit, however, was the Baklava. This iconic Turkish dessert is an absolute must-try. Crispy layers of flaky pastry filled with crushed nuts and soaked in just the right amount of sweet syrup made for the perfect ending to the meal. It wasn’t overly sweet and had an authentic homemade taste that left a lasting impression. Although the outlet is small with limited or no dine-in seating, the quality of the food more than makes up for it. The service was quick, friendly, and efficient, making it an excellent stop for a satisfying meal while exploring Singapore. Overall, Turkuaz Turkish Kebab Lavender delivers authentic Turkish flavors at affordable prices. Whether you’re craving a hearty kebab meal or simply want to indulge in one of the best Baklavas in town, this place deserves a visit. One of the best Turkish food I have ever tried in Singapore. I like the chilli paste, pounded dried chilli with tomato, and olive oil maybe. It just go so well on the kebab rice. Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
