これはLibrary @ Orchardの近くで一番のスポットです。良い お茶を味わうのはいいですね。スタッフはこのレストランで注意深いです。料理とサービスの両方がFacebookユーザーに好印象を与え、Tvoila Cafeはそこで4.5星の評価を得ました。

I was prepared to experience the infamous rude and cold service for the sake of playroom for my kid but to my surprise (pleasant yes), the cashier was more than helpful and patient when I couldn't decide what to order. Highly recommended for those with kids (1-4 years old. Older kids may only enjoy the TV in the playroom).

First of all... The counter staff had a gloomy face just like the haze in Singapore on a Sunday afternoon. Secondly... She didn't even bother to greet us when we are at the counter... At first I thought she maybe a handicap but she only reply us when we need to make our payment. Thirdly.... After the payment was made, I said "thank you" but she didn't even say a word or even a smile. In conclusion to this cafe is that the ambience, the food and the beverage are all good EXCEPT FOR ITS SERVICE. Dear owner , if you really care about your brand image... Please educate your staff on how to bring good service to the consumer.
