Worst service I’ve ever had in Hong Kong. The staff were incompetent and rude in their service. They made us wait for 1 and a half hour for our shisha, when we inquired why the shisha was still not done, they said that they prioritized their investors and gave them our shisha and that they had no Shisha left for us. The whole time, even 5 minutes before we stormed out of the place, they kept asking us over and over which flavor we want and that we are going to get it really soon. I am not mad that they didn’t have the shisha, I’m mad that they wasted our time and made us sit there like a fool for over an hour when we could have cut our losses short and gone somewhere else. Moreover, they didn’t even apologize to us for their mistakes and kept giving us useless excuses. This miscommunication and incompetency resulted in a sheer waste of time and a bad experience that cannot be compensated for. If there were an option, I would give them 0 stars.

Worst experience ever. Me and my friends decided to go to this bar for shisha on her birthday. We were met with the worst possible restaurant experience in our lives. It was the first time my friends ever raised their voice in a restaurant. They "welcomed" us in saying that they had shisha and asked us which flavour. Naturally we went inside and ordered drinks to wait for our shisha. We then ordered two more drinks after that. 1 and a half hours later, not only did our 2 drinks and our shisha STILL not come, they assured us our shisha was coming twice throughout, only to say that they "ran out" of shishas after 1.5 hours of waiting. However we came BEFORE most tables yet they ALL had shisha. When we asked them why it's still not here even though we came first, the bartender had the audacity to say it was because there was "investors" at those tables. At no point did he genuinely apologise, and only made more and more groundless excuses for their incompetency. The worst service I have EVER had and I do not recommend this to anyone.

Horrible experience. They made us wait for 1.5 hrs for the shisha and 2 drinks, just to tell us that they don’t have enough shisha at the end, while during that 1.5 hrs they kept telling us the shisha and the drinks were coming and asked us to be patient.....After making us wait for 1.5 hrs, we confronted them, and they told us the reason why others had shisha but we didnt was because those customers were investors of the bar......Worst service ever....
