Lunch at Twinkle Elephant, Tsing Yi What a delightful midday escape! Twinkle Elephant’s lunch set is a hidden gem in Tsing Yi. We tried the Red Curry Chicken Leg Rice—tender, flavorful, and perfectly spiced. The curry had just the right kick, warming without overwhelming. The Soup Rice with Oyster was a comforting surprise. Briny oysters nestled in a rich, savory broth over rice—simple, yet deeply satisfying. And let’s not forget the coffee—smooth, aromatic, and unexpectedly excellent. A perfect finish to a cozy lunch.
