I recently visited the outlet at Doota Mall and had a very disappointing experience. I approached the service crew to inquire about the selection of mango drinks, but was met with rude and unfriendly behavior. As a customer, I expect a basic level of courtesy and helpfulness, which was completely lacking in this instance. The staff's attitude made the whole experience quite unpleasant. Service: 1
