I had been looking forward to try their sourdough sandwich, but it turned out to be a disappointing experience. The sandwich carried a strong smell and taste of reused oil, which overwhelmed the flavours of the sourdough and fillings. A good sourdough sandwich should allow the bread and ingredients to stand out, not leave an unpleasant oily aftertaste that lingers throughout the meal.

I ordered the aglio olio spaghetti w poached chicken, baby spinach, mushroom n cherry tomato at this outlet. I requested for less oil n less spicy, the meal tasted very delicious and enjoyed it. The team here are very friendly, counter staff also helped me process my order swiftly. Well done, keep it up. Tried the 1-for-1 panini sandwich today. It was pretty basic, and honestly feels overpriced without the promo. I was also confused why it’s called a panini when I saw the sandwich being heated in a microwave, which made the bread soggy. Isn’t a panini usually pressed/grilled on a panini grill?
