Unpleasant experience. I am a regular shopper from this online grocery shopping mall. Most of time, the service was good until the last order. I received an WhatsApp message that the delivery will arrive between 15:00 - 18:00. However, it didn’t come until 21:00 and I assumed that it would arrive following day. However, the delivery driver just left the box on the outdoor table at night (don’t know what time) without ring the door bell or nor texting to inform. I only noticed the delivery box on the following morning as I ordered only refrigerated products, had to threw away the entire order. I contacted the customer service via WhatsApp and explained the situation. But THERE WAS NO ACKNOWLEDGMENT at all. No respond to the WhatsApp message although o texted few times. I understand that the delivery guy could mistakenly leave the box without the notification but it is very disappointing that the customer service didn’t even acknowledge the concern. I will not shop from them again.
