How to kill a friendly and good restaurant, USE A NEW APP TO ORDER. The app is hard to use, creates work for your customers and takes twice as long to order and kills the atmosphere and doesn't work and boots you out repeatedly. If you want to order any more, the app does not work! It and you are really annoying. You already have good staff and now your restaurant is empty. A restaurant needs good service and friendliness to survive. Not an app. Its not as if your staff cost a lot. Try looking after them..since they are and have been actually brilliant for a long time here And I am not a machine who wants to order from an app. Nor will I give a tip to an app, so how will you keep your staff working for you? A good restaurant is about people, and good food, not automation or robots. How can you not understand this? Try looking after your customers first by making it easy to order... because this is not a good solution...then look after your loyal staff...this kind of rubbish only creates discontent and unemployment and division everywhere. The only people who will win from this kind of idea have nothing to do with your business. You will not win. I hope this is a test which you will abandon. I just spent half my meal writing to you, we don't come here again if we must order from an app. That's one meal for two, every week...a loss of 1200B every week. Well done!
