I finally had the chance to visit Unfinished Coffee Roaster, and I can see why so many people recommend it. The first thing that caught my attention was the architecture. The clean white exterior paired with the intentionally unfinished concrete texture gives the café a unique personality. It's minimal, modern, and every corner feels thoughtfully designed. If you enjoy photographing cafés, you'll definitely find plenty of beautiful spots here. Inside, the atmosphere feels calm and cozy without trying too hard. The combination of natural wood, stone, and soft lighting creates a relaxing space where you can easily spend an afternoon. Today I ordered the Clear Matcha, which was incredibly refreshing. The matcha had a clean, smooth flavor with no bitterness, making it perfect for a hot day. I also tried the sourdough with dried tomatoes. The bread had a wonderfully chewy texture with a crisp crust, while the dried tomatoes added a sweet and tangy flavor that balanced everything beautifully. It's a simple dish done really well. One thing I really appreciate is that they take coffee seriously. Their specialty coffee bar lets you choose different beans based on your preference, and the staff are happy to guide you if you're unsure what to order. Even though I didn't have coffee this time, I'll definitely come back to try it. Overall, it's one of those cafés that gets both the design and the food right. Whether you're looking for good coffee, quality food, or just a peaceful place to unwind, Unfinished Coffee Roaster is absolutely worth a visit.
