UZOU BREAD&COFFEE opened at the end of May this year. I recently found out about this store and went there for the first time. This is a handmade bakery, as the sign says, ``Would you like to eat more bread?'' It was originally scheduled to open in April, but it seems that the opening date has been pushed back to the end of May due to the coronavirus. When you step inside, it's brighter than you might imagine from the outside, and the white walls, wooden seats, and appropriately placed ornamental plants create a very nice space. And the most important thing is bread... The showcase is lined with very stylish brioche bread, bread baked using a unique method with the desire for customers to enjoy the taste even to the ears, and a variety of sandwiches made with this bread. I went there thinking of having lunch, so I entered the store after 12:00, but some of the items were already sold out at that point First of all, "Homemade chicken with plum shiso flavor" I bought ``thick-sliced ham and avocado with wasabi flavor'' and iced coffee and shared them with my wife. I thought this was delicious and bought additional ``Mentaiko and perilla eggs'' and ``Fruit MIX.'' This was also delicious. I’m also looking forward to eating the “Chocolate and Orange Brioche” and “Chocolate and Banana Brioche” that I took out I'm full but I want to eat quickly so I guess I'll eat it
