日本人です。クレーマーではありません。みなさん、騙されないでください。チェンマイの人気日本食レストランと聞いて友達と来ましたが、正直言ってこの店めちゃくちゃフェイクです。料理はどれも美味しくないし、そもそも日本人はあまりこういうもの食べません。。。そして値段がめちゃくちゃ高い。東京でこれだけの値段出せば相当クオリティの高いものが食べれます。極め付けはワイン。。。ピノノワールのある銘柄を頼みましたが、あいにくその銘柄がないということで別の値段が高い方の銘柄を出されました。しかし、保存状態が悪くてまるで水のような味。こちらはフランスに住んでいましたのでワインの味くらいわかります。「こちらのワイン、フランス産ですが、何か？」みたいな上から目線のソムリエもどきのウェイターに、その場でテイスティングをさせると流石に納得したようで、すぐに別のものを持ってきましたが、そちらもほとんど変わらないレベル。とにかく最悪でした。こんなまずい飯とワインで高いお金を払って日本食を味わった気になっているタイ人の人たちを思うと気の毒になりました。。。絶対にお勧めしません。

Hi, we are sorry to hear about your bad experience. I can understand your disappointment with the wine. We do our best to keep our wine cellar full and keeping all wine into professionnal wine cellar temperature controlled. Wine is a natural product that can experience some changes of taste no matter how it's stored. We always let the customer taste the wine first, so that we did with you as well and you approved. When you said the wine was not good, we quickly decided to change for another bottle without charge for you. Our restaurant is a Japanese gastro bar, that food and taste can be different from other restaurants for some people. Thank you again for your feedback; it will help us to improve

From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was cool, stylish, and welcoming. The food was on another level — incredibly fresh sushi, beautifully presented dishes, and bold, authentic Japanese flavors in every bite. The sushi was perfectly crafted, and you can really taste the quality of the ingredients. The gastrobar-style dishes added a creative twist that made the whole meal exciting from start to finish. Service was excellent — attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. Absolutely amazing experience. Definitely coming back again.
