힘찬우에 불고기 먹으러 다녀왔습니다! 생고기를 마늘 소스에 찍어 먹었는데 정말 맛있었고, 육회도 최고였어요. 육개장, 새송이버섯, 양파도 아주 맛있었습니다. 특히 참이슬과 맥주를 섞어 마시는 ‘소맥’이 신기하고 재미있었어요! 고기 질도 좋고 반찬도 훌륭해서 또 방문하고 싶은 곳입니다 Went to Himchanu for Korean BBQ! The raw beef dipped in garlic sauce was amazing, and the yukhoe (Korean beef tartare) was absolutely delicious. The yukgaejang, king oyster mushrooms, and onions were also fantastic. It was interesting and fun to try mixing Chamisul soju with beer! Great meat quality and side dishes. One of the most impressive dishes here was the Yuksashimi (Korean raw beef). You can immediately tell the quality of the beef just by the color and texture. Fresh, clean, rich flavor — this is the kind of meat that shows confidence in its quality. They recommend eating it simply with salt, wasabi, or wrapped in pickled garlic leaves, and honestly it was amazing. This place is not just a regular meat restaurant. You can feel that they truly care about good beef and proper preparation. If you visit, definitely try the Yuksashimi. 힘찬한우 정육식당 여기서 가장 인상 깊었던 메뉴 중 하나는 바로 육사시미였습니다. 고기의 색과 결만 봐도 좋은 한우를 사용한다는 게 바로 느껴집니다. 신선하고 깔끔하면서도 진한 풍미가 정말 좋았고, 고기 품질에 자신 있는 집이라는 느낌이 들었습니다. 소금이나 와사비, 명이나물과 함께 먹는 방식도 정말 잘 어울렸습니다. 단순한 고깃집이 아니라 좋은 고기를 제대로 다루려는 진심이 느껴지는 곳입니다. 방문하면 육사시미는 꼭 드셔보세요.
