A somewhat rare ramen shop in Hong Kong that only sells tsukemen and mazesoba (mixed noodles). Unlike most tsukemen in Hong Kong, Ulva Ramen serves a light broth that is more refreshing (and healthier) than most ramen shops in Hong Kong which tend to sell a thick tsukemen soup The ramen shop is not spacious so do not bring too much personal belongings when you visit the shop Staff are friendly and service is good.
