Many visitors find that the staff is nice here. A number of reviewers mark that the service is fine. The exotic atmosphere makes a good impression on people. But google users haven't given Umai a high rating.

Terrible service! The lady young) at the counter was super rude! Even told me off “don’t come don’t come lor” when I told her that I won’t visit this bread shop anymore. Unbelievable. Will not be recommending this place to anyone! The bread is very expensive and the staff keep changing.
