海岸沿いを散歩中に立ち寄りました。 窓から見える海においしいコーヒー、店主の方のおだやかな雰囲気も相まって、落ち着いた時間を過ごすことができました。特別なことがあったわけではないですが、氷見滞在の中でも忘れられない訪問でした。 ありがとうございました。. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Umineco Coffee is one of those rare places that feels special from the moment you arrive. Beautifully situated right beside the sea, this cozy little café offers a wonderfully peaceful atmosphere where you can simply sit back, relax, and enjoy the stunning ocean view. What makes the experience even more memorable is the owner’s exceptional hospitality. Warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive, the owner creates an atmosphere that makes you feel less like a customer and more like a welcomed guest. The coffee is hand-dripped right in front of you and freshly prepared with great care. The taste was absolutely heavenly—rich, smooth, aromatic, and beautifully balanced. You can truly appreciate the craftsmanship in every cup. And the freshly baked chocolate-chip and banana muffin was another highlight. Served warm, soft, fragrant, and wonderfully comforting, it paired perfectly with the coffee. Sitting beside the sea, enjoying an expertly prepared cup of coffee and a warm, freshly baked muffin while taking in the peaceful view—it is difficult to imagine a more relaxing café experience. A truly charming place, exceptional hospitality, outstanding coffee, and a beautiful seaside setting. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area. This is a café I would happily return to.
